Dear Mr. Curry,

As a member of the International Community, I appeal to you, to re-open the investigation regarding the 1985 Lake Worth
Texas Bombing and to urge the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to re-open their investigation in regards to this
matter.  A man by the name of Michael Toney was convicted of this crime in May of 1999, in the 297th Judicial District Court of
Tarrant County.  There is evidence to support the fact that this conviction and subsequent death sentence are wrongful and a
terrible miscarriage of justice.  This conviction was obtained by perjorous testimony.  There is new evidence that points to the real
murderers.  If this investigation is not re-opened these people will remain free to commit more murders.  I make this appeal in the
name of human decency.
