Re : The 1985 Lake Worth bombing.

Dear Lietenant Governor :

I'm writing this letter as an appeal to you, to urge the Tarrant County District Attorney's office to reopen the investigation
regarding the November 28th, 1985, Lake Worth, Texas bombing.

A man names Michael Roy Toney was convicted of this crime in May of 1999, in the 297th Judicial District Court of Tarrant
County.  There is new evidence that supports the fact that the conviction was wrongful and a terrible miscarriage of justice.   The
conviction was obtained by perjurous testimony.

There is new evidence that points to the real murderers.  This evidence was not obtained until after Mr. Toney's trial.  If this
investigation is not reopened an innocent man will be executed and the real murderers will remain free to committ more murders.
I'm sure you would do everything in your power to prevent people from being murdered.

I make this appeal in the name of justice, community safety, and human decency.
