Dear Lieutenant Governor Perry :

As a member of the international community, I appeal to you, to urge the Tarrant County District Attorney to re-open the
investigation regarding the 1985 Lake Worth Texas Bombing.  A man by the name of Michael Roy Toney was convicted of
this crime in May of 1999, in the 297th Judicial District Court, Tarrant County Texas.   There is evidence to support the fact that
this conviction and subsequent death sentence are wrongful and a terrible miscarriage of justice.  This conviction was obtained by
perjurous testimony.  There is new evidence that points to the real murderers.  If this investigation is not reopened these people
will remain free to committ more murders.  I make this appeal in the name of human decency.
