The 1985 Lake Worth Texas Bombing
 

Dear Attorney General :

I'm writing this letter as an appeal to you, to urge the BATF to re-open the investigation regarding the November 28, 1985 Lake
Worth, Texas bombing.

A man named Michael Roy Toney was convicted of this crime in May of 1999 in the 297th Judicial District Court of Tarrant
County, Texas.  There is new evidence to support the fact that the conviction and subsequent death sentence was wrongful and a
terrible miscarriage of justice.  The conviction was obtained by perjurous testimony.

There is new evidence that points to the real murderers.   This evidence was not acquired until after Mr Toney's trial. If this
investigation is not reopened these people will remain free to committ more murders.  I'm sure thats something you would do
everything in your power to prevent.

I make this appeal in the name of justice, community safety and human decency.
