An Amazing Amazon Woman would:
1. Know the value and cherish the concept of a real, true friendship....and it's rarity.
2. Believe that anyone who judges someone by the color of their skin is a truly ignorant human being.
3. Defend the "underdog" when she sees wrong being done to them.
4. Fight to the death for those she loves.
5. Believe that all child molesters, wife beaters, rapists and murderers are "Blown up, gump faced, baboon ass bastards" and should be shot with their own dung and then hit over the head with an iron skillet.
6. Believe that life is too short not to try and enjoy every single minute that one is offered.
7. Cry when she sees someone else hurting.
8. Get mad at the person that hurt them.
9. Want to do all she could to make the world a better place.
10. Realize that friendship comes in lots of forms....from people you have known all your life...to those you may never meet.
11. Know that our elderly are an important part of the world with so much to share with us and that they deserve not to be forgotten.
And last, but certainly not least, she would absolutely love the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes" because the first time that she saw it, it spoke to her heart. In this male-dominated world, many believe that women who form close, unbreakable bonds are exclusively man-haters or gay. While that may be true in some cases, that is not always so. Many times women form those bonds because they find someone who truly understands them, shares their feelings, appreciates their dreams, encourages them to act on their own, laughs with them, cries with them and accepts them for who they are.
For those who cannot understand that kind of bond and are threatened by it, I am truly sorry.
I am proud to say I know quite a few "Amazing Amazon Women" and hope to know many more. I cherish each and every one of them.
