Savannah Breeze is a TIDCO registered annexed two bedroom self-contained apartment situated in a residential cul de sac just off the Queens Park Savannah, in the city of Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, West Indies.

It is conveniently located, within walking distance of the main shopping areas in down town Port-of Spain, the Museum, the National Carnival Committee Offices, the Grandstand at the Queens Park Savannah, the Port-of-Spain General Hospital, the Botanical Gardens, the Emperor Valley Zoo, the Hollows, the Magnificent Seven, the Queens Park Oval, the US Embassy and internet cafes.

There are also a variety of restaurants situated nearby like TGI Fridays, Thamnak Thai (for spicy Thai cuisine), Apsara Restaurant (for Indian Cuisine), Tony Roma's (rib house), Syp's Coffee and Wine Bar. For those wishing to dine in, home deliveries are available from Kentucky Fried Chicken, Royal Castle Chicken, Pizza Hut, and Pizza Boys.

The apartment is cosy, private and ideal for visitors to the city who wish to have all the amenities of home, away from home. It includes a kitchenette, a living/dining area, a bathroom with hot and cold water, a laundry room with washing machine, cable television, and two bedrooms with clean linens and towels.

The two bedrooms comprise of one air-conditioned room (with a double bed), and an air conditioned twin room (i.e. two single beds). The apartment can be rented per room or as an entire apartment. Rates differ according to which bedroom and number of persons. Year round rates vary and can range from $65US to $120US for the entire apartment.

The year round rates do not include the Carnival period, or monthly rental rates. Upon request, we will organise a taxi pickup at the airport upon your arrival. Pool facilities are located nearby and can be used for a small daily fee. There are also spa facilities close by offering massages, pedicures and manicures by appointment.

We can also arrange general and personalised tours with a reputable tour guide in everything from hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, diving, turtle watching, bird watching, rain forest tours, visits to our waterfalls, rivers, caves, swamps, coastlines, mud volcanoes and sulphur springs.
