A Valentines Day Poem
A Valentines Day Poem

To the two wonders of the music world
My heart does run true
Your tunes, your lyrics, your soul
Simply captivates this crystal mind of mine
It just makes me cry tears of pearls knowing
That I may never see you in person
Violet and magenta feelings take up chapters
In the base of my spine
Everytime I hear even only a half note
Of your songs filled with enchanted wisdom
Memories may be designed to fade
But yours will never die
Whenever there's fire inside a man or woman
Your songs quell the flames of anger
Burning deep inside urging to break, shake, hate and take over
Everything we see
Listening to you is like trekking along a mystery road
Through a journey that I just don't have a map for
But as love can move me and you and the rest of the world
I'll send a signal that I'm hanging all my hopes
On the stars and planets taking shape
Your music and words are entwined to perfection
Like tiny strands of a delicate string
All those rumours about you won't make me lose my loyalty
No, instead they just make my faith in you stronger
A thousand words will never describe your magic
In the rhythm that's all around me at all times
And if I could have a twist in time to change the past
I'll never change you or your future
I may not want to stitch my clothes in sin
But I'll certainly want to sew a few heavenly reminders of you
So I must tell now, dear Darren and Daniel
I'll love you forever Truly, Madly, Deeply
