Darren and Kat sat around the fountain for a while before Kat suggested that they go to her house. Darren agreed and followed Kat as the puss walked towards her cottage, surrounded by trees and swings.

"This was my house when I was human," said Kat to Darren. "Even though I'm no longer human, I still live here."
"Wow, your house is beautiful!" complimented Darren. Indeed, it was.
"Why, thank you," replied a blushing Kat. "Come on, let's go inside!" The cottage door opened by itself and Darren and Kat entered.

"The rooms...they're as beautiful as the house itself!" said Darren in awe. He couldn't believe all the furnishings the rooms had to offer. Darren loved to decorate, and right now he was filling up his brain with ideas for how to decorate his apartment back home.
"Well, everything in this garden is beautiful," replied Kat.
"Are you beautiful?" asked Darren, half-jokingly.
"Maybe...once I'm back to my human self," answered Kat. She then went off to the kitchen before returning with a basket of grilled fish.

"Here's dinner," said Kat as she put the basket down onto the floor. "Enjoy!" The mention of 'dinner', though, got Darren thinking.
"Dinner, already?" asked Darren. "What time is it?"
"It's about 7," answered Kat. "Anything wrong?"
"Yes - where am I? Daniel must be missing me by now!" said the concerned Darren. Kat, though, was confused.
"Who's Daniel?" asked Kat.
"Daniel's my partner," answered Darren. "You see, Daniel and I are the members of a very popular group named Savage Garden. Right now it's our break from touring. I remember helping Daniel clean up the apartment and then falling onto the bed. Next thing I know, I'm in a garden and I bump into you. What's going on?"
"Oh, you'll know soon enough," answered Kat, smiling. "And don't worry about Daniel...he'll be fine, really. Trust me!"
"Trust you?" asked Darren, disbelieving. "But you're a CAT!"
"I know, but I'm a magic cat, remember?" replied Kat. "Now let's finish our dinner before it gets cold!"

Both Darren and Kat ate their dinner and pretty soon, the basket held no more fish. The time was almost 8 o'clock and Darren felt sleepy - as usual.
"Yawn...is it time to sleep already?" asked Darren.
"I guess so coz I'm feeling sleepy myself," replied Kat. "You could sleep in my room for a while...I usually sleep on the pet bed."
"Thanks, Kat," said Darren as the both of them made their way into Kat's bedroom. Darren lied down onto the bed while Kat curled up on her bed, which was on the floor right next to the real bed. Both of them wished each other goodnight and had a peaceful rest.
