Rose Day Fund-Raiser-- June 6, 2003 -- delivery on the first Friday Do you love pretty roses? Look for us to be putting out information on how you can get your dozen! Safe Community Bicycle Rodeo-- May 10, 2003 -- Saturday Morning -- School District Parking Lot (See Map) We provide food, bicycle helmets and help with the rodeo events...come out and see--it's fun! InterClub with Wisconsin Dells-- May 5, 2003 -- 4 or 6 -- Camp Wawbeek Wisconsin Dells is coordinating a work day at Camp Wawbeek starting at 4, dinner will be at 6. Auction Food Booth-- April 26, 2003 -- 8am -3:30pm -- Community Education Center We'll be serving food for the event. District Governor's Visit & Inter-Club Meeting April 5, 2003 -- Baraboo, at the Farm Kitchen. Tickets are $16 per person Come and meet the district Governor! Mobile Meals Deliveries-- The weeks of March 3 & March 10 Contact Anna if you haven't signed up yet! Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce Business Faire March 7 & 8, 2003 We will be setting up a small booth at the Business Faire at the River Arts Center. We will be letting the business community know we're here and that we'd welcome their participation. Mid-Winter District Conference February 21, 2003 -- at the Ramada Inn in Eau Claire A few of us will be going up to see what's going on! You're welcome to join us, even at the last minute! Bald Eagle Watching Days & Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast-- January 18 & 19, 2003 -- 8am-Noon -- Sauk Prairie High School Commons (Event Food Court) Tickets are $4 per person. Children 10 and under are $2. Tickets can be purchased at the event or at the Community Business Bank or Maplewood Village (main office). Bald Eagle Watching Days is a local event co-sponsored by the Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the Ferry Bluff Eagle Council. Funds gained by this event will go into Kiwanis activity funds and be used for donations, scholarships, etc. WEAGLE Genuine Imitation Radio Variety Show-- January 18, 2003 -- 7pm -- River Arts Center (Sauk Prairie High School) Tickets are $5 per adult, Family tickets, $10, get Mom, Dad, and all the Kids (18 and under) for the same small price. Supported with community service hours, this show is a home grown variety show run in the style of a radio show (minimal set, script reading, etc.) This year's show, "The Eagle You Know," features Don Danewicz as the host, Curt Meine is providing the music. Come out and enjoy yourselves! Profits from this event will be donated to the Ferry Bluff Eagle Council to help continue their work. |
