My View of Buddhism
Buddhism is an ofshoot of Hinduism, created to mobilise a divided society and create a sense of equality and non voilence during the darkest years of Hindu society. This religion was started by Gautam Buddha and was later preached all over asia by monks and ambassadors of Ashoka the Great,of the Mauryan Dynasty.

Buddhism emphasizes on the Saintity of All Life and the discovery of the Divine from ones within than from outside. It shares a huge philosipical similarities with Hinduism and also affirms the sprit of the Matriarch in the form of Dorma Tara
.
Both emphasize the illusory nature of the world and the role of karma in keeping men bound to this world and the cycle of births and deaths.

Both believe in the transmigration of souls and the cycle of births and deaths for each soul.

Both emphasize compassion and non violence towards all living beings.

Both believe in the existence of several hells and heavens or higher and lower worlds.

Both believe in the existence of gods or deities on different planes.

Both believe in certain spiritual practices like meditation, concentration, cultivation of certain bhavas or states of mind.

Both believe in detachment, renunciation of worldly life as a precondition to enter to spiritual life. Both consider desire as the chief cause of suffering.

The Advaita philosophy of Hinduism is closer to Buddhism in many respects.
Buddhism and Hinduism have their own versions of Tantra.
Buddha in later Hinduism was incoprated as an incarnation of Vishnu who manifested on earth to bring back the law of Dharma eventually makeing Hinduism and Buddhism as one. Buddhism's greatest gift of philosophy is the emphasis that all life is sacred irrespective of the size and nature of the being and all have a place and role in the great circle of life.
Homage to Tara swift and fearless
With eyes like a flash of lightning
Lotus-born in an ocean of tears
Of Chenresig, three worlds' protector.

Homage to you whose face is like
One hundred autumn moons gathered
And blazes with the dazzling light
Of a thousand constellations.

Homage to you born from a gold-blue lotus
Hands adorned with lotus flowers
Essence of giving, effort and ethics,
Patience, concentration and wisdom.

Homage to you who crown all Buddhas
Whose action subdues without limit
Attained to every perfection
On you the bodhisattvas rely.

Homage to you beautifully adorned
By the Three Jewels' gesture at your heart.
Your wheel shines in all directions
With a whirling mass of light
