The Editor-In-Chiefs are in charge of running the magazine. They oversee the other editors and mak sure each staff member is meeting deadlines and accomplishing necessary tasks to ensure the magazine is published on time. The Editor-In-Chiefs organize staff discussions, bring points of interests up to advisor and faculty, and create an overall good magazine. They have the final say over all submissions. Their final decision is law and should be looked upon as such.



The Poetry Editor is in charge of poetry submissions. She collects and organizes all poetry submissions, prepares the pieces for judging by the staff, proofreads and corrects all accepted submissions, and distributes acceptance/rejection letters for all poetry submissions.



The Prose Editor is in charge of prose submissions. She collects and organizes all prose submissions, prepares the pieces for judging by the staff, proofreads and corrects all accepted submissions and distributes acceptance/rejection letters for all prose submissions.



The Art Editor is in charge of art submissions. She collects and stores all art submissions, prepares the pieces for judging by staff, distributes acceptance/ rejection letters for art submissions and returns all art to applicants after publication of the magazine.



The Music Editor is in charge of music submissions. She collects and organizes all music submissions, prepares the pieces for judging by the staff, and distributes acceptance/rejection letters for all music submissions. The Music Editor encourages students to submit original music (including lyrics). She also has the option to mak a CD complied of all the music submitted to the magazine.



The Layout Editor is in charge of the magazine layout and design. She is in charge of creating a prototype layout, arranging and creating the magazine on the computer, and conducting a final editing of the magazine before publication. The Layout Editor is also part of choosing/creating a cover for the magazine.



The Financial Editor is in charge of all expenses and money earned by the Satorian. She will collect and keep track of money earned through magazine sales, plan a budget and list of expenses, and organize any fundraisers/major magazine sales.



The Video Editor is in charge of any videos/SHS News spots/assembly spots concerning the Satorian. She will use her creativity, as well as that of her staff, to further advertise the magazine and events associated with the magazine.



The AD/PR Editor is in charge of advertising the magazine and Satorian sponsored events. She is in charge of making posters, banners, fliers, etc. to advertise the Satorian, writing announcements for SHS News, and organizing visits to classrooms to promote the magazine. The AD/PR Editor also writes letters and other correspondence to supporters and contributors of the Satorian.



The Web Page Editor is in charge of creating and designing a Satorian web page separate from the page provided by the school. He is in charge of finding original writing samples from staff and students to place on the page, collecting art from staff and students to put on the page, putting up notification of upcoming Satorian related events, posting information about the magazine, posting information about the staff, and other points of interest as he sees are crucial to the very vitality of the magazine.
