Have you decided to buy a cub?
Is a sweet little wrinkled Dogue de Bordeaux just what you are looking for?
One thing is for sure – you will never be bored again. You will have hands full of work and just as well pleasure. You will spend hours observing the little genius play, hide, fight and also sleep. When he exhales, lowers his head, closes his eyes and snores in a second. You will think there is no dog in the world that is more graceful.

Its looks remind you of a lion. His very thick brown hair makes him resistant to cold. His muscles are equally spread from his strong head, very broad neck to back paws. He is not called the athlete of the dogs for no reason; despite his weight (70kg) and height (68-70 cm) he runs faster than a Doberman (100m) and can jump over a fence higher than you are. A seemingly lazy clod can change into a fury in a matter of seconds. The Dogue de Bordeaux has movements similar to a cat’s: it moves gracefully and is very intelligent. It bonds strongly to the owner and the family. It’s a big soul, who is committed, frank and fair. It loves children and enjoys (no matter what his lazy exterior proposes) being in the centre of attention.
It does not like:
| hard training (instead of it much attention and love) | |
| a cruel owner | |
| a chain | |
| a stick | |
| living in an apartment. |
The breeding of a cub begins on the first day. The Dogue learns slowly and thoroughly. It likes settle customs: food at a regular time, on the same spot, from the same bowl and a safe place of his own for his naps and a friend to play with. It doesn’t like being alone or ignored. It likes being treated as a family member. It reaches adulthood at the age of two.

Our bitch CLEOPATRA, (born in 1998), has just had cubs for the second time. Her father is the international champion 1995, awarded 13 CACIB, named TANAKAJD KLOD. Her mother is SZEPA HELEN, also awarded many times.
Both times she has mated with ALL, 15 CAC, 10 CACIB, 13 BOB.
The cubs of the first brood (y. 2000) can be seen in Slovenia and Austria and are representing their breed especially through their athletic figure. Click to view first offspring
The second cubs have arrived on January 18th 2002. Here are some pictures:
