The Year In Review

At the beginning of the year I named a few New Year's resolutions that I promised I would go over when the year was over. And OH MY GOD I just scratched my leg too hard and it hurts. But. So anyway I think you'll all be pleasantly surprised at my attempts at these resolutions.

Engage in some sort of sport EHH I was like this close to achieving this. I even had this site in mind. At that basketball meeting I was like, "Awesome, I'll knock off one of my resolutions in the process." Alas, I attended one after-school practice and realized how much I hate it. I hate it as I hate Hilary Duff.

Join a yoga/pilates class EHH Didn't do this either. I went to two sessions, and though I enjoyed it very much, I just didn't continue to attend. I'd like to though, I really liked going. Maybe this year.

Finish Lord of the Rings BING I did this like, a week after I said I would. Easy. I like, cheated on that one, what a lame resolution.

Write something for the school newspaper EHH Little did I know we have an annual newspaper. So I did not write anything for the school. Whatever, fuck you, North. Don't promote the English department, it's cool.

Write some sort of literature BING But you can't read it. Not yet. I only have one person I know reading it because I am afraid of what you will think... I really like it because I like my characters. I just don't know. I can't show you guys yet. Not yet.

Check into a hospital EHH It never came to that. I told them I was cool with going but they told me to wait it out.

Be in a band EHH While Steph and I recently transcribed old Primary Colors music, it's not enough to say that I'm in a band.

Make the perfect Sim WITHOUT cheating EHH I hardly even played this year. If I did I certainly cheated though. I can't wait for Sims 2.

In other words, I suck. Only two bings? Six ehhs? Fuck that. Just goes to show that resolutions are stupid and I don't pay attention to them. So I am not going to make as many this year. Actually, I have personal ones that I wrote in my real diary, but I'm not making up any for you, my dears, because there is a certain lack of creativity in my mind.
