Why is everyone suddenly getting jobs? We're 14, we can still take our parents' money and get away with it. I'm sure as hell taking advantage of that. You don't technically "need" a job until you're 16. You still have two years to be lazy, why don't you see that? You're going to be that sample of the population that gets all determined about jobs and money and stuff, finds they have no time for a life, and your only friends will be your co-workers at restaurants that no one's ever heard of.
You should all follow my example. I sit online all day - occasionally taking my bike down to buy candy, but promptly returning to eat it in front of the computer - and do nothing but play sims and make AIM robots. And your parents practically worship me!
I really wanted to work in the snack shop on the golf course. But of course I'm too young, so I said, 'Oh well, I guess I'll just live off your money for another year then.' Suddenly, I find myself filling out applications. 'Whoa,' I thought, 'What's going on here? I have no work ethic whatsoever. I'm already letting my mind wander. Maybe I should throw down this pen and complain.'
I proclaimed that it sucked. My mom replied with something along the lines of 'they're just forms.' Though I continued to answer the pages of useless questions, I realized I really should not be trusted with a job. If I were to hand in the "completed" forms, it would have WHY DO YOU MAKE ME DO THIS CANT I JUST PLAY ROLLERCOASTER TYCOON AND WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS all over them. I can't make it through the fucking application forms! Why should I get a job?
Moral of the story: don't get a job because I have no one to talk to.
