Past or Present
where does the past end
and where does the present begin
when whore is what
you leave behind
a trail your father made
a path your destined to follow
until you change your way
people dont forget in this
town where you were born
never asking how or why
your life became to now
trying to be better then what
you were before
never wanting to hurt so bad like you hurt before
learning to love something so
very new
learning to trust it is
all that you can do
living a dream for such
a short time then it starts
to fade and the dreams turn to glass
shattering once again just
like in the past
then came the hated words
you try so hard to change
whore
is always echoing in your
heart filled with pain
where does it end
this awful pain
wanting to be loved is all
