Luangpor Dha Nilpant was ordained as a monk in 1971.  From 1978 to 1983 he was the Abbot of Wat Mokevanaram in Thailand and from 1990 to the present, he has been the Abbot of Wat Thatkhong, a Sati Meditation Center in the northeastern Udornthani province of Thailand.  Luangpor Dha is also the Vice-Chairman/Acting Abbot of the Buddhaya Nandharam Temple in Las Vegas.  After practicing many forms of meditation without real results, he began to practice under Luangpor Teean.  He progressed rapidly toward the end of suffering and has become a Sati Meditation master.  He was invited by the BAUS and stayed in Chuang Yen Monastery in 1993 and 1999 to teach Sati Meditation.
