Migration of the Stricklands of the Southeastern United States

The Stricklands of the southeastern United States have their North American roots in Isle of Wight, Virginia where the immigrant Matthew Strickland (born about 1640) and wife Elizabeth Loreen settled. Before Virginia, it is currently thought that Matthew originated in Crosthwaite, Lake District, England. His father was "probably" named Edward. After entering Virginia, these Stricklands tended to migrate south into North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabam, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and westward to Texas.
While it would be a huge task to track the migration of all these Stricklands (and impossibile for me due to my limited time for such research), my main interest is to determine migration as it relates to those lines who did or didn't migrate to southeastern Georgia, where my two Strickland lines ultimately settled. I appreciate any comments or corrections to this migration data that I am presenting here. This project is currently under construction and probably will be for some time now. It is in its early stages and will grow and become more correct over time.
