Seca is another widely used encryption system. The following is some off the providers transmitting from 13 and 19 degrees east that are using the Seca encryption system:

A lot of Seca hexfiles are available, An Aston Seca 1,05 CAM cost about GBP 140.

 Its possible to buy a reciver with a Seca embedded.

The original name for SECA = Societe Europeenne de Controle d'Acces, is in the remaining Mediaguard. However, the name of the occupying company, just SECA, became generally accepted.
