Our karma the previous imprint flows out into thought non-stop. The thought now at present immediately imprinted, creates another karma. The feeling, the thoughts and words are imprinted inside irnmediately and the vibration of every thought and word come out. This can be obviously shown through the mala instrument
To erase all the sins, the easiest way is
1. All the negative thoughts and words, finding faults, mine , connected words and sentences imprint the bad karma and they will reproduce the bad effect and the follow-up of miseries and misunderstandings. For instance, if we talk or narrate what had happened in the temple, like this, - I went to the temple, there was lot of crowd, fortunately, the gurukal saw me and made me to have a good darshan, so I came home happily.
Now, the personification I is imprinted inside and
the karma is also formed.
This can be erased by using the word meant for brahmam. such as sami, Satguru, amma, appa , ayyah or adhu (it), we (naam). I went to the temple. Sami, there was lot of crowd Sami, fortunately the gurukal met me Sami. he made me to have a good darshan sami, so I came home happily, sami.
Now, here, the egoistic word I dissolves and disappears
in the words sami, the Brahmam. So, there is no possibility for the imprint
at all. So also there is no imprint and vibration. This can be proved by
the mala. Instead of Sami, we can use the word amma, appa, ayyah, Satguru,
it, naam and bring about the same effect of non-imprint karma.
2. If we go on speaking smilingly, there is no possibility of the imprint and all the verbal sins are erased. During the smile, there is no thought flow, thereby there is no imprint ir the karma.
3. Be in your breath. Observe your breath and speak whatever you wart to speak. Here also, the egoistic thought and word are dissolved and disappeared in the breath Brahmam. So the best way is to be in your breath and speak out.
4. If we observe our breath and do all our activities, the karma due to the activities are all erased by the breath and thereby there is no possibility for the imprint and the vibration. This is the best way of practical verbal yoga and a deeper meditation (Vigalpa Samaadhi) in the everyday activities.
It is only possible to practice by the gifted people.
There is a vital role to the matured parents and the perceptors to learn
and train the right way of thinking, speaking and doing. This must be also
imprinted deep in the minds of young and old.
