PHYSICAL EXERCISE - A MUST

To keep the body brisk fresh and free from diseases. BAD KARMA comes out in the form of illness. Better do simple exercises, asanas and walking.

Ex. STANDING ONE FEET APART

Twist the body to right and bring two palms to the right shoulder twisting - 6 times thus to the left 6 times.

Ex. 2. STANDING POSITION

Rotating the knees together to the right clockwise times and anticlockwise 6 times.

Ex. 3. SITTING ON THE ANKLE ( ASWANI MUTHRA)

Bending foward with two palms on left and right side of the stomach 6 times. Bending foward with first closed 6 times.

Ex. 4. SITTING - STRETCHING THE LEGS

Extending the left leg keep the right relaxed then follow up with right leg extending and left relaxed 6 time.

Ex. 5. SITTING EXTENDING LEGS

Try touch the toe as much as possible. No strain.

Ex. 6. LIE DOWN ON THE RACK

Twist the two feet to the right and the trunk and the head to the left

Ex.7. KEEP THE KNEES UP AND TWIST AS EXERCISES

Relax - lie down - observe the whole body inside- 3-5 minutes.
