MEDITATION: THE PANACEA OF MISERY

A student uses a magnifying lens to gather the rays of the Sun and focuses them into a fine point which can even burn paper and is overjoyed at his accomplishment. We too could achieve superbly wonderful accomplishments by concentrating the scattered raps of our mind and focusing it to a point.

Yoga asanas too aid meditation. These exercises make the body light and help to concentrate the mind.
