Respected Senator and Presidential Candidate, my name is Octavio Satchell McDonald and I want to congratulate you in the most historical and unprecedented spectacular presidential election for America and the free world, which many are mistakenly confusing it with race or gender issue. Your presidential race and election in November is to fulfill and make the very purpose the founding fathers of this country who framed the US Constitution with Divine Guidance had hoped it would have been followed and applied equally for all in America and beyond.
Your presidential election in November 2008 is far above simple race issues among others. This election will prove to the world that the country have matured beautifully and overcome with all difficulties, obstacles, pain, tears, blood, civil war, civil marches and civil rights, where we are today. Dear Senator, Presidential Candidate, I was born in the "United States of America - Canal Zone", August 27, 1962, in the United States Government Gorgas Hospital, USA Canal Zone, the same birth place the honorable senator John McCain was born.
Because of instituted "apartheid" separation "Gold Roll" for whites, "silver Roll" for blacks. "Gold Roll" with full privileges and "Silver Roll" discriminated, limited rights system for blacks, denied constitutional rights, birth rights, citizenry denied in open contradiction to US Constitution Amendment XIV and amendment XV. You will read the shocking horrible human rights, civil rights, civil rights abuses done to me and is currently being done to me today. Since that fateful November 22, 2005 in Miami Intl. Airport, the abusive officials of this current administration sent me out by force from my country of birth the United States of America to their "allied" country which is currently psychologically, mentally, economically abusing all my rights. Tortured, refused to attend me medically, refused to return money that the US Army placed wrongly in their dysfunctional social security system which is very discriminating to blacks and have threatened me to stop asking the return of this money and is accumulating interest from June 1981 up until today.
The Honorable Speaker of the House, Representative Nancy Pelosi's Office and New York Senator Hillary Clinton state I am registered in are informed of this. The Country and current US Administration are hoping the Speaker of the House, my State Senator the Honorable Hillary Clinton and Representative Charles Rangel to approve Free Trade Accords with Panama. Despite all the evil, abuses persecution, harassment and threat of harm to my family, and myself back here in this country.
The US shipping company I worked for, (and US Insurance Company that have me insured) both told me (along with local social security abusive institution) that I am not entitled to any benefits, no medical treatment, disability pension denied. Despite accident on US Shipping Company left my injured hand damaged, my disabled back injury on job accident on the Miami Fair premises February 1999. Which left me with permanent painful back pain and disability got worse.

I was crippled but with therapy and rehabilitation, and help from God I recovered, but I never was the same. I am in constant pain, cannot lift anything heavy, permanent back pain that difficult my walking, pain medications that do not cure pain.
US officials knew the sensitive issues involved and I should have never sent back here to their "allied" country against my will and questioning my birth under US jurisdiction despite two federal judges orders ruling to set me free.
My life and family life in peril and our safety is in great jeopardy, thanks to this administration's cruel actions. Local US Embassy and United Nations Office both of which are 5 minutes from where I live are aware of all this and are in possession of sensitive documentation on all this matter. This great evil done to a US Citizen by birth and my family is what this administration is currently doing to me. When I was illegally hostage in secret prison, I wrote many congressmen and senators, including Sen. John McCain, whom like aforementioned, is from the same USA Canal Zone jurisdiction like me, despite I wrote repeatedly to him. I hold no ill feelings against the honorable senator who answered me and helped me.
Senator and Presidential Candidate, Mr. Barack Obama, I am respectfully asking you for your help and intervention on my behalf and review my case, and have local State Department, US Embassy, Mike Hammet of US Citizenry Section know my case in the Embassy here. My court proceedings with my family I must attend in the US please make them act swiftly, quickly, free of reprisal upon entry to the US. Our safety back here is in jeopardy; in great peril. I am a disabled person since 1999 and want local social security of "allied" country that have payments US Army made to them from 1981 until 1997. While I was a US Defense employee, to return me my money plus interest accumulated up until today. To be returned instantly, no delay the same way they and administration are hoping Senator Clinton, Rep. Rangel, Honorable Speaker of the House Rep. Pelosi, to approve this country's FREE TRADE APPROVAL. This 2008 despite all the human rights, civil rights abuses, labor law violations, discrimination of a US born citizen, a minority, a US tax payer, yet making life extremely difficult for me and family.
While I was under disability for accident on US-Venezuelan shipping company or on the job injury. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, irregular heart beat, poor eye vision, my father, nephew, grandma, uncles died of sudden heart failure and heart attack. My brother two months ago suffered heart attack. I am having palpitations, chest pain, and shortness of breath, dizziness--- refused medical insurance and treatment.

And this is money I paid for its not theirs, with premiums I paid to American insurance company on US-Venezuelan shipyard job and denied me benefits. Local Social Security director's letter said "your employer and insurance company refuse to pay you benefits...this institution cannot approve your disability pension payments, quota US Army made to you to this institution cannot be returned, you got to wait till age 62". Despite my medical records with them, their doctor-patient evaluation says:
"disabled patient with prior injury, carpal tunnel syndrome, new job injury, high blood pressure, cardiac problems, family history of cardiac fatality and cancer, poor eyesight, been employed from age 14, muscle and bone worn out from overwork, patient believes he can continue to work despite back injury, re-injury and catastrophic illness (high blood pressure, cardiac problems)" says the medical report.
Yet despite this, local social security director sends me a cold chilling note denying me benefits, not even humanitarian treatment, and its my money and US Army money they got, not theirs, that I could very well. I could put in my US Social Security I told them and they refuse. The local (Panama) Social Security Office is in newspaper making news as its buying former US Army medical and payroll building (519) next to US Consulate (Bldg. 520) in a massive scandal, as usual of mismanagement of funds and contract work. Of course, respected senator, presidential candidate, Mr. Barack Obama, one of your committees can obtain better information more on this than I do. I want my money back, and US officials in Washington and back here to repair the great harm done to family and me. And for their "ally" to cease persecuting me from the highest level of government, return my money and there is consequences when US citizens especially minority and disabled are abused!
Again please contact Sen. Clinton, Rep Rangel, and the honorable Speaker of the House, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, whose office have documentation of all these things. UN Secretary office locally next to US Embassy and New York Office also have documentation to all these brutal abuses, to our human rights, persecution, torture, abuses, economic violence, done against me and family. "Local" Social Security is well known to the black West Indian community after US Canal transfer as a discriminating racist institution to blacks when its time to obtain benefits. Even though black canal workers in share numbers of majority payers to the system, earned higher US wages compared to local workers and contributed hundreds of millions to it.
When it comes the time for them to obtain benefits for on the job injury, as in my case, the general complaint by canal black workers is they are put on disability for a short period of time, "your medical test says you are OK". You want to live off the system?" Yet a clear skin local, who paid less, $0.79 an hour in 1981, $1.22 today, politically connected, if get a minor scatch or job injury is told "you can't work, you need to get a life pension".

I fight for my rights and speak out against these abuses and become public enemy number one! Don't the US Constitution say "the rights and immunities of US Citizens shall not be denied, neither by the US or foreign powers". Why does this administration, who knows more on all this I am telling you, send me back to all this in harms way and persecution? What kind of "ally" of America is that does these cruel things to US citizens? Is this how this Administration hopes to win the "war on terrorism by allowing its allies" do these things to its own defenseless citizens? Am I under some sort of "extraordinary rendition". Why?
Senator Barack Obama, next president of the United States, as a senator who, with the information I provide you with. I seek your help, aid, protection and summon Administration officials both where you are and local State Dept to answer all this being done to me. I seek your protection and aid. I want local social security return my money with all interest promptly, no delay. Local UN and New York office know my case.

The irony in all this is, the current administration presidential candidate and I was born in the same US jurisdiction, our birth records and registration is in Washington DC passport correspondence office, not Arizona, not Panama, not Ireland, not Scotland, not Jamaica, but Washington DC. One born in the privileged "Gold Roll", given freedom to run for the highest office the other in "apartheid", discriminating "Silver Roll", a second class, NO citizenry. Discriminated against, never detained, zero criminal record, and put in a US Secret prison Bradenton Florida for no reason at all except for asserting his rights. Especially when his citizenry was questioned and he asked, "what is the difference between me and Senator John McCain who was born in the same place?" Question which seemed to have triggered and unleashed some great fear, upset or something that caused ICE and Homeland Security Officials to grit their teeth in anger to him menacingly "you know everything don't you??... You are going to be in jail for a long time..." A Cuban descent ICE female officer told me this, me, a US citizen by birth--- and did put me up in a secret prison!

But I began to be watched, followed, threatened and placed under surveillance family members, and me getting open and secret reprisals.
