Since I have made known the devastating evil actions done against my person my health has considerably deteriorated.  As I’m now suffering of high blood pressure, abnormal irregular low heart beat which can result in heart failure. I suffered another accident on the U.S. Venezuelan shipping company and the local social security dysfunctional institution which the US Army  sent Social Security payments to from 1981 until 1998 totalling $17,000 thousand dollars not including interest is not helping me, classify my accident as common sickness to deny me benefits and pay me as little possible.

Where I notified them to issue me a document, US Passport to enter the U.S. for court proceedings.

The US Officer, Mr Mike Hammet says “I can’t issue you a U.S. Passport, I can give you a visa travelling on your Panama Passport.”  I explained to him I may be harassed by Homeland Security if I enter with that.  I sent him a long letter, documents, explaining many sensitive issues he is unaware of.  

My health has deteriorated, like many letters explaining the sensitive devastating situation myself and my family are under as if our lives were worth nothing by the criminal actions of these Federal Agencies against me.  I am being abused, tortured, just as I made known to Federal Officials on statement November 22, 2006.

My health , my injury, disabled condition and I’m being made to suffer to the maximum in a place I was not born in to, my blood pressure has skyrocketed, I can suffer heart failure any minute as my father, grandma on August 27, 1982 died of heart failure beside me in Miami.  My nephew 14 years old died of heart failure in 1996 in South Carolina.  My brother had a massive heart attack at the age of 32, he is still alive.  Now I’m under much medication to keep my blood pressure down.   And very puzzling to my doctors as I suffer of abnormally low heart beat that can result in heart failure.

My back is very painful.  I can’t stand for longer than 5 minutes.  It seems like my health  is rapidly deteriorating.  Along with that my home phone is tapped.  My long-time US friends I grew up with tell me I’m being monitored by U.S. Officials, harassing me.  

I need all of you to investigate as of now once and for a all what is going on. I am of very delicate health.  I am not well.  I’m considered by many a very strong person, but my health is rapidly slipping away.  But despite it all I will still trust in GOD ALMIGHTY.
