The chosen mouthpieces for Satan's own words, Emissaries are sent as delegates and messengers to declare war, arrange or conduct peace talks, or to deliver any sorts of messages. They may also be sent to record situations. Each Emissary is given a broach upon their initiation into the sect, which is worn across their throat, attached to the collar of their shirt or other top. The broach stands as a constant reminder that an Emissary is indeed Satan's mouthpiece.
