The Family
The family is near
The family I fear
This is my first test
And now there will be no rest
They laugh as I fall
Thinking that Satan's name I will call
I begin to speak the words in my head
And to the darkness I am led
Mom and Dad are there
And I realize nothing is fair
I see the master comming near
I look into his eyes and begin to fear
I begin to turn and go
Swearing I wouldn't stoop so low
The master speaks the lie
The lie I'll believe to make a tie
He refuses to hear me out
Because for my soul I plead and shout
He laughs in my face
As I plead my case
I know he doesn't care
From the others I begin to feel the glare
The fear begins to set in
And they showed me my sin
Somday soon I will escape
And find the love that is agape!
