| This is a sad story, about a lost cemetery, Belive it or not under all the bushes and Broken down tree, there are Headstone, right on the corner of this lot, for some reson the cemetery was not taken care of, and some of the headstones are still there. I hope to get some help with it, and bring back the life of the cemetery. I will have more information on this as soon as I can. It is located in the 500 block of 8th street, Hampton, Hampton Township. There will be more on this story soon. |

| A Mr. Lester Stone of Hampton Twp. said that the old cemetery was abandoned and all the bodies had been removed to the Hampton cemetery. The property belongs to the Wilkins Estate and has a "For Sale sign from a real estate agency at the entrance." |
| A number of tombstones are still in the plot and they were read on Nov. 12, 1974 by Eva Fuhr and Laura Millett. If any of the names listed below are found in Hampton cemetery records or other Catholic cemetery records, this listing may be discarded. All stones but two are laying flat on the ground. |
