ROCK ISLAND DEATH Funeral of Mrs. Peterson Funeral servces for Mrs. Henrietta Seefeldt Peterson, 29 years old, Forty-first street and Thirty-third avenur, Moline, will be at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Evangelical Church of Peace, Rock Island. She was the wife of Edwin Peterson, and died at 1 o'clock yesterday morning in the Moline Lutheran hospital. The Rev. F.J. Rolf, pastor of the Evangelical Church of Peace, will officiate at the funeral. Burial will be in the cemetery at Andalusia, ILL. Pallbearers will be James Kelly and Fred Coopman, East Moline; Edward Post, Milan; Arthur Nice, Big Island, and Walter G. Bartels and Stanley L. Collins, Rock Island. The body was taken to the home from the Knox mortuary at 2 o'clock this afternoon. |

| Andrew H. PARK was killed in Rock Island by Henry TERRY (colored) on Saturday in front of the Verieskx saloon on 17th Street and 4th Avenue. PARK was born 20 January 1848 in Nova Scotia and was past 58 years of age. As a boy, he was brought to Rock Island by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John PARK's, settling at Coaltown where he lived until 8 years ago, engaged in coal mining. The deceased was a nephew of the late George HILLIER. From Coaltown to Blossomville and then to Sherrard and finally 2 years ago to Rock Island, the family moved where Andrew was employed as a teamster. He is survived by his wife and 7 children; Mrs. Ella WILSON od rural; Richard PARK of Anawan; George PARK fo Rock Island; Mrs. Pearl EVANS of Rock Island; John PARK of East Moline; and Miss Mamie PARK at home. The deceased was married Oct 22, 1870 in Rock Island. He is also survived by these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Lottie TODD - wife of the Rev. TODD of Bonaparte, Iowa; and Mrs. Jonathan BLIINKENSOPP wife of a Clergvman at Cambridge., Nebraska. Did list the brothers names. ( Milan Weekly IND) Thursday Sept 20, 1906. |
