PICTURES | Most of our pictures are found via image banks, Google searches, and from farm's websites. We do try to ask permission to use any picture from a farm's website. Sometimes the owner of the farm responds with "No, you may not use our horse's picture." We do of course, make every possible effort to comply with their request. For farms we do recieve permission from, we provide a link back to the farm and credit the horse & photographer if possible. Some horses come with their pictures and we often have no way of knowing who they are of. We do not allow horses with real life names in the game due to the confusion it may cause. We use the pictures for our horses purely to represent them, and certainly do not claim to own the horse or anything of that sort. We also use them because we admire the horse and like the way the horse looks.

Hypnotic Ltd. ALWAYS saves the pictures to its own harddrive and would never even think of hotlinking (meaning directly linking from your site). I realise this costs you money and bandwidth, so I go to every length to not have this happen.

If you see a picture that is yours, please contact me to request having the picture(s) taken down. Of course, we are always glad to link back to you and credit the photographer/owner/horse. The latter, is of course, preferrable. Please be kind when e-mailing me-I am easily one of the more responsible SIMmers out there. We want to get permission on every horse if at all possible. This will take a considerable amount of time, so keep in mind that I may have credited you and your horse on the page but not actually asked permission yet-many requests for usage may be pending. I have been doing a lot of research with regard to finding out which horses are which so I can properly credit. If you happen to recognize a photographer or particular horse that we haven't been able to credit, PLEASE contact us, we would greatly appreciate it. I realize that sometimes SIMmers have a poor reputation but the game I belong to as well as myself are trying to change that perception. Please, other SIMmers, realize what you are doing-don't hotlink, always ask permission if possible, and try to combat the reputation many seem to proliferate. Thank you!

A GREAT site that I have managed to put together is a list of places where I have received permission to use photos. You should still email the farm and ask permission for yourself, but I made this list of farms that have alreday granted ME permission. This makes it a bit easier on you!

PEDIGREES | I do all of my own pedigree research, with the exception of the horses I purchase. I often base them off of real life horses. Using real life horses in a pedigree makes it more realistic and aligns itself with our breeding goals. We spend many hours searching for the right pedigrees and match-ups for our horses. Research was done via the All Breed Pedigree Database and using google.

Other SIMmers-please do not take the pedigrees I have personally made for my horses.

All content with the exception of pictures are copyrighted to me. Do NOT take anything from this site. All content within is my personal property. Don't get sticky fingers and take my stuff. It really annoys me that people think they can steal other people's effort (or horses) even though it is 'just' SIM. Do not copy the graphic-its rendering is my own creation and you may not take it. If I discover that anyone has dared to steal my work, my time, MY effort, you will wish you had never been born. See, I keep this list, with names, offenses, and screenshots of the evil deeds of the people who have stolen or copied anything that has belonged to me or friends of mine. You certainly don't want to be on this list. So look, don't touch. So don't even THINK about taking anything-slogan, name, anything. Heck, don't even use the words in your slogan, name, etc. I took the time to think that up and you have NO right to take that from me. So, think twice before you even get an IDEA from my farm.
