| Misunderstanding spoke of first glance Confusion from beliefs stated so boldly across Warily I wondered, do I give it a chance? Contradictions noted left me at a loss... Facing my own hypocracy left me at unrest How could I judge and mass-stereotype Equating you to hate and violence at best All because of popular opinion and hype Delving deeper and looking beyond to find Outward appearence is misleading and unjust When forming an opinion based on ones mind One must go further, dive past conviction, learn to trust How was I better than those I condemned When I formed an opinion based on ignorance of my own How could I hate you when my prejudice was stemmed From assumptions not clearly known Getting past the exterior walls society has built Hours spent excavating deep to find the well within Realizing I couldve missed emotional wealth left me riddled with guilt Now happily embracing this journey we begin... Hand in Hand, Side by Side Learning and accepting, explorations of each other Companionship, is now our guide Where ever it leads, Im glad we found each other Angela |

| This is Aaron...When I first saw him I had a hard time accepting him, but thanks to a friend I gave him a chance, and in doing so, I found an amazing man...Aaron is outwardly controvercial, but beneath all the ink and metal, hes a normal everyday guy....He means the world to me, and has taught me a few lessons,..I dont have to adopt his beliefs to love the man he is, and in return he loves me back just as deeply. |
