Many theories have been discussed and analyzed over just what sort of world we live in. What defines it, what are its limits, who's to say what reality actually is? But one thing to be sure of is that we live in a consensual reality. Thoughts have been scientifically proven to change the physical. Under a microscope, scientists have been able to observe a proton and think it will be in another place, and the proton will appear in that place. If a solitary thought can do that, imagine what an entire mass of beliefs can accomplish. The majority may rule, but they don't rule entirely. Someone who might be considered insane or delusional could be perfectly normal for the reality they perceive and interact with.
And for that matter, just how
real is reality? According to quantum physics, molecules are only exist for fifty percent of the time. They just flicker on and off so rapidly that it feels like a solid object. What exists between those spaces? Perhaps the spirit and its plane are the only true constants, while the physical is simply a phantom existence. Could the other side of it all be the so-called afterlife? Higher sciences may be creating more questions than answers after all.
