Achika is a character of the Tenchi series(though she is not featured very often) Her main part was in the movie Tenchi Muyo in Love. She is very sweet and soothing. She is Tenchi Masaki's mother. She is married to Nobuyuki Masaki. She is a withholder of a tremendous amount of Jurai power, which causes her to be a great enemy of the A class criminal, KAIN. She died when Tenchi was a little boy.
