Too Simple For Words

Three months, twelve days, nine hours. A young girl thought to herself. I need to forget about him now. Its all over. I shouldnt have believed the others. She thought some more. The girl stood up from her bed and traveled over to her phone. She stared at it at first, then walked away. It was too hard to talk out loud, plus, she couldnt call him now, not after what happened. She heard a knock on the door. She walked over to it, took a deep breath and opened it. Gotta? What are you doing back?! I thought you were in collage! The girl said. Well Ker, Im here for a few weeks of summer. I tried calling you, but you never picked up the phone. Gotta-K stepped into the little house. Gotta-K put down all her stuff on the couch. Kerri walked over to her computer. Whats up with you and Seiran? Gotta-K asked. Kerri turned around and said, We broke up. Oh. Why? Gotta-K asked. I believed a lie that Riean told me. Kerri said and turned back around. Well, Im going to go to town. Wanna come with? Gotta-K said standing up. Nah, you go ahead. Im gunna stay here. Kerri sat down in the computer chair and turned on the Internet. Gotta-K nodded her head and went out the door. Kerri let out a sigh and messaged Seiran. He messaged back saying Hi.  It was too hard to say something back; but she couldnt just log off. She sat there for what seemed like hours. Seiran then messaged Kerri? You there? Hello? the sound of the messenger woke her from her trance. Their conversation went a little something like this
sasami3397: sorry. I got distracted
morpheous_hackz: I miss you.
sasami3397: Me too.
morpheous_hackz: oh.
sasami3397: g2g. bye

Then she logged off. Kerri decided she wanted to go with Gotta-K so she ran outside. Gotta-K, like usual was dancing outside to a good song. Gotta-K spotted Kerri and stopped dancing. Changed your mind, didnt you, Kerri? Kerri smiled and ran over to the green two-seat convertible. Sure you dont want to take my car? It has more room for stuff. Kerri suggested. Yeah. Im sure. Plus, my trunk is huge and there is a backseat. It just doesnt have seat belts. So, we dont count it as a back seat. Gotta-K said and jumped over the door not bothering to open it. Yours is harder to handle, plus, the top dont come off! Gotta-K said and pulled out of the driveway. You gotta point, Gotta. Kerri giggled. Hey, no makin fun of da name, Kerri. I cant make fun of yours cuz yours isnt always used in a sentence like mine! Gotta-K took a right and drove down the road toward Canidagua. Well stop at The dollar store, Toys R Us, Wall Mart, Ames, all those places first. Then well go to the movies and watch something cool. Then, its off to the mall. Actually, well stop at Big K-Mart first. Then, well spend the cash I won while were in the mall. Gotta-K explained proudly. What money? I have 1,000 in my purse I was gunna spend on stuff for Seiran, but we broke up. We can use that. Kerri said. What money? WHAT MONEY?! Dont you remember? You were there. We were at Circuit City looking for laptops. When I picked one, it was the special one and they gave me 9,000 dollars! And you got 4,000 because you helped look! Do you still have that money? Gotta-K said excitedly.  Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Yeeeeeeeaaaaaahhh! I remember. I have the money in the bank. I have 17 thou all together. Ill take out 4,000. Thisll be a BLAST!!!!!! Kerri screamed. Yeah! Its only 9:00 am too! We have all day and all night. The mall dont close til 11pm or 12 midnight!!!!!!! Gotta-Ks voice was screeching because she was trying not to scream. They couldnt hold it any longer. They screamed Yeah!!!!! soooooooooooooooooooooo loud the cars near them honked and the people next to them stared, turned up the music and put there fingers to their lips signaling to be quiet. Gotta-K and Kerri just laughed rely, RELY hard. Maybe this will make her feel better. I hope itll take her mind off Seiran. And I rely hope she doesnt point out everything that looks like him, would look good on him, what she wanted to get him, or the things that remind her of him.  Gotta-K decided to say something about that. Kerri, there is one rule. No thinking about Seiran. Delete him from your mind for the whole day. Got it? Seiran who? Kerri giggled. Dunno, thought you knew. They laughed harder. This will be the best day ever! Kerri and Gotta-K both thought.
They drove down the road in the green car listening to No More from 3LW. Gotta-K put on her green tinted sunglasses and Kerri put on her blue tinted ones. When they got to a stoplight, they both put on their makeup quickly. Then the day began. They shopped non-stop everywhere they said they would and more. When they got to the mall they headed for the food court. Well, lets see Gotta-K said as they sat down. We bought 12 pairs of shoes, over 20 outfits, accessories up the ying yang, hand bags to last a life time Kerri said.
Games, fish, a bird, girl toys, makeup, nail polish, face wash, pet food, leashes, collars,
Spiked collars and wristbands for both of us, hair stuffs Gotta-K finished. I worked up an appetite. How bout some Japanese? Kerri said. You read my mind. Gotta-K and Kerri went up to the counter. The Kerri-K Special please Tang! Kerri knew what that meant. Everyday the duo would come to the mall and get the same thing over and over. And, they both got the same thing. Tang, the waiter, was the only one who knew what that meant, if he wasnt there, theyd have the employee there look at the pinup board in the back. Tang was around 56, pure Japanese too. He could barley speak English, but luckily, both girls knew the basics to Japanese. Thats how they got to know his name. And the two girls were Japanese, well, Japanese. Thats how they got their names. But, if they said the magic sentence, The Kerri-K Special Please Tang! Tang knew every word. The name, Kerri-K is Kerri and Gotta-Ks name put together. But, lets stop side tracking and get back to our story.
After eating, they shopped a little more than decided to go home. When they pulled into the driveway, they sat there for a minute. Then, they got out and made several trips back and forth unloading the car. When they were done, they slumped backwards onto the couch. Im exhausted! said Kerri. Ditto Gotta-K started dozing off. Ill get you a pillow and blanket. Then Ill go to bed to. Kerri got up and searched for a blanket and pillow. No need, I have what I need. You go to bed now. Night. Gotta-K said taking out a pillow and blanket from her duffel bag. Hai, good night.
Click click clack, click click click, clack Gotta-K was awakened by the click clack of her little sister typing. Gotta-K groaned and turned over to get some more sleep. Kerri was still typing away, and Gotta-K could not stand it. Tick tick she heard Kerri double click obsessively, like her friend Mike does. She wondered what she was doing so early in the morning. Gotta-K got up and tapped Kerris shoulder. Kerri jumped with a screech, and then she calmed down after seeing the dismal face on Gotta-K. Kerri, its 6 in the morning! Do you ever sleep?! Gotta-K was used to waking up at least at 11 in the afternoon. Thats why Gotta-K took the evening classes in collage. Kerri said good-bai to the person she was chatting to and turned off her monitor on the computer. Sorry, well, scence youre up, want some breakfast? Kerri asked going to the kitchen. Hell yeah! Ill have anything as long as you cook it! Gotta-K said happily. Well, how bout warmed up stawberry muffins and some home-made-made-from-scratch-pancakes? Kerri suggested. Sounds good to me! Need help? Gotta-K asked. Yeah, you can taste test the batter and you can eat the brown sugar clumps. Kerri said knowing Gotta-K loved that job. ALL RIGHT!!!!! Gotta-K yelled. Hey wait, you put brown sugar in the batter?
In the batter, after cooking the pancakes and on the muffins! Kerri said while taking out the ingredients. I love having a little sis who can cook ^.^! said Gotta-K
