Lethal, Sickness, 3-East, & The Impact Player come out to ring side. They adress the SWA fans and tell them ESW is taking over. They are better than the SWA and have proved that by capturing the SWA world title.
The Player issues an open challenge to anyone in the back to fight him for the belt.
The Giant Killa makes his shocking return dressed in an expensive suit. He announces that he is now the commissioner of the Sarnia Wrestling Alliance and that the 4 ESW guys are now under his jurisdiction. TGK makes a 4 man tournament for the ESW world title. Johnny Vegas vs 3-East and Sickness vs Lethal. Also, he makes a match for the SWA World title, The Impact Player will face Tool.
Sickness vs Lethal - ESW World Title Tournament Match
These 2 don't hold back anything in this match. They start by exchanging wrestling holds until Sickness takes advantage. Half way through the match Payne's music hits but he is nowhere to be found. Both men are confused in the ring but Sickness goes to the top and takes Lethal back down with a missile drop kick. Sickness comes off the ropes for a cross body but Lethal reverses it into a pin and wins the match.
The Giant Killa vs 3-East
3-East comes out for his match but Vegas doesn't show up. The Giant Killa instead comes out to replace Vegas.
Killa doesn't hold back, he takes it to 3-East from the start. 3-East takes control and really works TGK's ribs. Killa manages to hit a frog splash but isn't able to pin 3-East because of the damage to his ribs. 3-East lokcs in the Padded Walls of 3-East when Payne's music hits again. He is no where to be found. Killa rolls up 3-East for the victory. It will be Lethal vs The Giant Killa for the ESW World Title later in the show.

Sickness and 3-East come out to recruit someone into the ESW faction. They ask Tool to come out, which he does.
Sickness tells Tool he is either with him or against him. Tool proceeds to flip off Sickness and attack him and 3-East. Lethal and The Impact Player come down and make quick work of Tool laying him out with a belt shot to the skull. They toss him in the ring to start the SWA World title bout.
Tool vs The Impact Player(c) - SWA World Title Match
The Player makes short work of Tool hitting him with the Rock Bottom and a HUGE elbow drop from the top rope. Player goes to the camera to make fun of Syxx. Tool gets his second wind as he attacks the Player on his way back to the ring. Tool has the match won when Lethal attacks the ref. The Impact Player gets DQed but makes the ref count 3 anyway. The ESW guys leave as Reck comes down and nails Tool with Biscuitz and an Evenflow DDT.
Backstage
Sickness and 3-East are shown laid out but no one knows who did it.
Meanwhile, Lethal is shown doing some push ups getting ready for his title match. The Giant Killa comes back to Lethal's dressing room. Lethal says everyone is buying it and they got it in the bag. They shake hands as TGK leaves.
Lethal vs Payne - ESW World Title Match
Lethal is waiting in the ring as The Giant Killa announces that it will be Payne wrestling for the belt with TGK as the referee.
Payne takes control of the match right from the start but The Giant Killa jumps sides and puts on an ESW shirt. TGK fast counts Payne but to no avail. Payne comes back taking it to Lethal and Killa. TGK gets a chair and gives it to Lethal. Lethal blasts Payne with the chair as The Impact Player drags out a dirty, bound, and gagged Johnny Vegas.
The Giant Killa then superkicks The Player, nails Lethal and tells Payne to finish it. Payne hits the Payneful Reality to become the new ESW World Heavyweight Champion.
SWA walks tall as the show goes off the air.
