The former owner of SWA Gerald Cash (or Gerry as his friends at the club call him) is a business tycoon worth billions upon billions of dollars. Gerald's philosophy is to find ways to earn more money. Gerald purchased SWA from the bank when it was still known as ESW. He took a handful of the ESW wrestlers and hired a few new faces to make SWA. From the beginning, Cash was out for himself and the green stuff. Cash had a prot�g� named Johnny Vegas whom he paid handsomely. He took him right to the top of the SWA as Vegas won a tournament that named him the SWA World Champion. Eventually Cash backstabbed Vegas and tried to coerce Payne into joining him. Payne did, but only to fool Cash into a false sense of security. Payne ended up hospitalizing Cash for a few months and some how Payne persuaded (forced) Cash to give the commissioner�s job to whomever Payne wanted. The Giant Killa acquired that role and held it, and tried to uphold justice in the SWA. Cash came back after his injury and persuaded The Giant Killa to put up the commissioner's job as Cash would put up his ownership of the company in a match. Cash was represented by The Giant Killa's arch nemesis Lethal. Lethal ended up sneaking away with the win and the complete ownership of SWA. Recently Cash brought back the once fired Giant Killa as his very own employee. Cash seems to be making up for his corrupt past by assisting The Giant Killa in defeating the tyranny of Lethal. In 2003 Cash acquired back the company with the help of Payne.
The SWA went under new management in 2004 and Cash has not been heard from since.
