Opening Promo (Backstage) - Lethal gives a monologue about the new SWA season. He speaks about the loss of Johnny Vegas and expresses that he is happy that Mr. Vegas is retired. Lethal also claims that this season will be "Giant Killa Free" and reminds the audience the he fired The Giant Killa last November. The Tag Team Champions will show up. Sickness and 3-East are without championship belts and question Lethal as to why they are belt-less. Lethal re-assured them that the belts got lost between here and there and that there will be a ceremony next week to crown the new champions. As a gift Lethal awards 3-East and Sickness an Inter-City Title shot vs. Reck and Tool. The Match will be Four Corners elimination.
Match One - Payne vs. Lethal (World Championship Match)
In a great technical match to start the season Lethal challenges Payne. Lethal came with Reck whom last November backstabbed his brother The Giant Killa to aid Lethal to become the SWA Owner and Commissioner. Payne came out second draped with undisputed gold. The ESW Championship and The SWA Championship. The Match started with some great technical wrestling and reversals. Reck showed his presence throughout the match attacking Payne whenever he got a chance. In the End Lethal hit Reck while trying to hit Payne which allowed Payne to hit Lethal with a new version of The Payneful Reality and get the three count. After the bell Reck and Lethal attacked Payne until a new comer to SWA saves Payne by rushing in with a steel chair in hand.
Promo (Backstage) - Shawn Summers introduces himself and tells the world who he is and what he's here for. He is approached by 3-East and Sickness whom claim they run the locker room. Summers talks smack with the Virus boys provoking Sickness and 3-East to attack the "Nations Sensation" and put a major beating on him. Payne chases the boys off and makes it clears he's going out to ring side.
Promo (Ringside) - The New World Champion speaks about his win at NTR and everything in between. The Champ is interrupted by Reck. Reck coaxes Payne into the ring. Lethal comes out and tries to sneak up on Payne but The Champion sees it coming and nails Lethal and throws him onto Reck! A mysterious guy in a strange leather mask appears confusing Payne. The masked guy attacks Payne viciously. Reck and Lethal recover and also attack Payne. Payne is out cold. Shawn Summers tries to help but only gets hurt. Lethal introduces the newcomer as Nelson 999 from South Of Heaven. Lethal informs the unconscious Payne he has a handicapped match vs. Sickness and 3-East. A match between Nelson 999 and Summers is set. Lethal says this is the Forsaken Four so yes there is one more member is this family.
Match Two - 3-East vs. Tool vs. Sickness vs. Reck (Champion) (Inter-City Title Match)
Tool would be eliminated first after Reck cheats with powder to the eyes. With the ref down Tool re enters the match and swipes Reck with a chair who gets eliminated next!! After a gruelling fight between two companions 3-East gets a win over Sickness to become the new SWA Inter-City champion.
Backstage - Tool and Reck continue to brawl. Reck handcuffs Tool to the fence and it appears Reck breaks Tools arm in a vicious shot.
Match Three - Nelson 999 vs. Shawn Summers After Lethal interference with a Super-kick Nelson robs a victory.
Match Four - Payne vs. Sickness and 3-East (Handicapped Match Non-Title) Gerald Cash comes out and announces himself as special guest referee. Cash cheats all through out the match. Even though it's a two against one the match goes pretty even. Payne is even able to Sidewalk Slam both Sickness and 3-East at the same time. Payne ends using the World Championship belt on both members of The Asylum but Cash does not disqualify The Undisputed Champion. Payne drops the belt and argues with Cash. Cash manages to get the belt to 3-East who uses it hard on Payne. The Asylum follows up with a 3D to claim the win. They beat Payne down more after the bell. Cash pays off the Tag Champs as Lethal, Reck and Nelson 999 enter the ring. The Asylum leave and the four men remaining continue a beating on Payne. Cash, Lethal, Reck, and Nelson 999 celebrate with an evil slaying. I, II, III, IV! The Forsaken IV is born. Rage goes off the air.
