Grade
The subject is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a Minor in Computing... or so the diploma says: at home they call him Sebastián...

" 'Civil Engineer' ...Yeah, I like the way it sounds..."

(The first month he was unsufferable)

I began studying Civil Engineering in the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 1988. I had the naive notion of getting a grade in computing. There was this little problem, though; the whole Career of Civil Engineering.

A ton of different and fascinating subjects, tests, studying, studying, studying... and, yep, you got it, moooooore studying. Late at night (studying), weekends (studying)... and, during each and every waking day, a little bit of studying, too.

But I survived; not alone, at that. I had support and help from my family, my friends but, above all else, the companionship of my fellow students and friends (human jewels among the other students; Engineering is famous for the jolly disposition of its professionals) who helped me along my studies; truth be told, I did studied a lot myself. To all of you (and God): Thank You!

Finally, I graduated in 1995's second semester, with a ceremony, a diploma, a "little party" and all the works...

...and here we are now: Working!
