An unexperienced combatant might underestimate the power of an army of donuts.
For starters, these pastries are much larger, which means they take longer to 
eat and are more filling. Secondly, they are varied with a range of abilities and
weaponry. Third, they are intelligent, ruthless, and highly organized. They serve
a mighty leader and are nearly all lawful and obedient.

Constrict(ex): Upon a successful slam attack a donut can make a grapple check
to loop itself around an opponent's neck. After that it begins squeezing
around their neck, simaltaniously suffocating the opponent and staying
just out of biting range, in addition to dealing 1 bludgeoning damage each round.

Donut traits: Donuts are immune to bludgeoning damage and take acid damage
from coffee. They receive a +6 racial bonus to grapple checks.
  The plain donuts are the shock troops of the donut army. Simple minded and
weak, able to obey only three commands but willing to follow the few
orders they can understand without question.

After defeating twice it's hit dice worth of enemies in battle, a plain donut
may be promoted to a glazed donut. The ritual requires 2 pounds of sugar
(1gp worth), a gallon of water, and some basic cooking implements (bowl,spoon,oven,etc.) takes four hours and a cooking check (dc11). Failure
wastes the sugar and a roll of 5 or lower destroys the donut. If the
person preforming the glazing is not a donut or a donut slave, then the ritual also drains 100xp from them.
Although glazed donuts are sentient, they are utterly loyal to their creators
and capable of using their minds to carry out more complex instructions.
They will obey orders without question, no matter how dangerous or evil.

After defeating at least four of its hit die worth of enemies and surviving at
least three battles, a plain donut may be promoted to a frosted donut. The
frosting cost 10gp. This may only be done by other donuts.
Frosted donuts are more ambitious than the simple minded plain donuts and the
subserviant glazed donuts. They will take orders only from sprinkled
donuts. Often frosted donuts act as taskmasters, directing the glazed
donuts and commanding the plain and chocolate donuts. Chocolate donuts
cannot become vanilla frosted or pink frosted.

frosted donut may be promoted to a sprinkled donut. Sprinkled donuts have
a variety of spell-like abilities bestowed upon them with magical
sprinkles, as spellstiched undead draw power from magical runes.
A sprinkled donut has one cantrip it can cast at will, a first level spell it
can cast a number of times per day equal to its hit die, and 3 other
spells once per day each with total level not exceeding 5.
Example:
Spell-like abilities(sp):Ray of frost at will, magic missle 3 times per day, 1
per day: Lightening bolt, Invisibility.
