What is there to be said about love? It can be great, and it can be devistating when you're poor heart is broken. Love comes in many forms; you love your family, most of the time at least, you love your favorite pair of shoes, or pants or jacket. But what is love really? If you're looking for the answer to that question, this is not the place to find it! Trust me, I am no expert when it comes to love. In fact, I'm the last person to turn to for advice on love! I have just as hard of a time as anyone else on this planet when it comes to areas of the heart.
What I can tell you, is the things I personally love. Like my son, my work (there's a shocker for those who don't know me personally!), my friends (almost every single one of them have been adopted by my family and vice versa), my hobbies (I wouldn't do them if I didn't love them right?), and I have a deep love for my past. Well, not my personal past...God knows there's somethings I rather not remember, but the past I am talking about here just happens to be Ancient Egypt. I have always been fasinated by it, if you couldn't tell if you had stumbled upon the Secret Shadows part of this little site of mine, and I know it's not just because it's my ancestor's past (have I mentioned anywhere that I'm Egyptian??), but perhaps it's because not everything that can be known is known about it. Archeologists are always finding something new as they dig further and further under the hot sands of Egypt.
