Received ISAS – Young Scientist Award - 1994 for best research paper presentation at the 48^th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Agricultural Statistics, New Delhi, India. The Award included a Gold Medal, cash prize and a citation. Every year topper in the class at graduate level, and holder of merit scholarship in master and doctorate programs.
