The quickest route to Teluk Sari is via the North-South Highway. Visitors from Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Johor Bahru (JB) are advised to exit the highway at Ayer Hitam, although travelers from the south could also use the Simpang Renggam exit. From there, visitors should proceed to the town of Kluang and then head towards Jemaluang then Mersing via Route 50. About 12km from Mersing is the junction to the coastal road. Turn right and travel another 15km where you will pass Kampung Sisek, Kampung Mawar, then the Sari-Mawar Chalets & Camping Site at Teluk Sari.
