Sari-Mawar Resort Bungalows is an idyllic estate of 19 lots ranging from 4000 to 4500 sq ft to be built on the Eastern Portion of the 5.5 acre resort land. Sari-Mukut Sdn Bhd will construct all the bungalows within the resort land to guarantee that the whole resort will have a harmonic appearance and to preserve the site's natural attraction as the clearest window to the universe.
The buyers have the option to choose from five different architectural designs. Each building plan is different but designed with the thought in mind that the resort maintains one appearance as a whole.
Sari-Mukut Sdn Bhd is awaiting the construction of the coastal road on the west-end of the 5.5 acre land. The State Authority will first acquire part of the resort land and subsequently construct the said coastal road. The road is expected to increase traffic flow to the area.
Sari-Mukut Sdn Bhd will also be upgrading the Sari-Mawar Chalets and Camping Site with real care to preserve the original spacious, airy feel of the location and also to minimize light pollution. This includes the construction of a clubhouse, viewing platform, and swimming pool being part of the facilities for the common enjoyment of resort guests and bungalow owners.
