Robert Wayne Schmaltz was ordered by judge Sherri Lavula to register as a sexual offender for the next 25 years. The microchip implantation took place at the state medical facility a few mins later.
His troubles began 2 days ago when he said "hello" to a 25 year old female who promptly called the police after he refused to produce identification for her including the stamped endorsement that he was approved to enter into a reproductive or otherwise physical relationship involving being in the same room with a member of the opposite sex nude.
After posting bail he went home. While he was in jail, police placed surveillance devices in his apartment.
A few hours later the swat team raided his apartment when some officers observed him masturbating in his bed.
Tod Thug Macho, President of MOST (Men over six feet tall) says his organization plans to file a class action lawsuit against Mr. Schmaltz for trying to seduce a beautiful lady under the age of 30.
"She could still be a virgin," Mr. Macho said, "Robert Schmaltz is only 5' 7' tall, all cherries belong to men over six foot tall!"
