Gurbani Iss Jag Meh Chanan
Sikh religion was founded by Guru Nanak
Sahib, and completed by the tenth Guru Gobind Singh Sahib by enshrining the
eternal Gurship to Guru Granth Sahib.
In this website, an effort has been
made to share articles, books, summaries of articles, Posters, Gurmat Vichar,
etc. based on Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib. By clicking on the links
provided with the books and articles, one can easily read in detail about that
topic and also save it to one's computer or mobile.
Most of the articles are in Gurmukhi,
but an attempt has been made to write a few articles in English also. For those
who are having shortage of time, brief extracts of articles, Posters, in both
Gurmukhi and English have been shared, so that they can easily get information
about Gurbani in a small span of time. The real service to the Guru is to
study, understand and analyse the Shabad Guru. Therefore, an attempt has been
made to share Gurmat Vichar according to the Gurbani written in Guru Granth
Sahib through many Audio/Videos.
A few articles have been converted into
Devanagari Script, so that people reading in Hindi can easily understand
Gurbani. Let us all read, listen, understand these articles and share our
knowledge gained through Gurbani with others also.
Common people have this idea that
religion and science do not go together. Other religions may have differences
with science, but if it is carefully investigated on the basis of the Gurbani
written in the Guru Granth Sahib, it becomes clear that Sikhi and Science are
completely compatible. We can even say that the Gurbani written in Guru Granth
Sahib is the first beginning of the Science of religion.
Most of the articles have been written
in details with a purpose to get complete information with the help of maximum
number of Shabads from Guru Granth Sahib. However, at the end of each article,
brief information in the form of Abstract have been given for the easy and
faster understanding of the topic in discussion. Those who have got limited
time to study can first read the Abstract in the end of each article and then
can study the article in full detail depending upon the availability of time.
This will help in easy and faster understanding of the topic under
consideration.
First of all, I am very grateful to
Akal Purkh, who has given me birth as a human being in the Sikh Religion started
by Guru Nanak Sahib and has given me the interest, capability, courage and
strength to know and understand about Guru Granth Sahib. The real source of
knowledge is the Guru Granth Sahib, through which I have been able to acquire
knowledge about Gurbani and present it in the form of articles, posters and
videos. Let us all learn the virtues of Akal Purkh by forming a SatSangat and
SatGuru's School and adopt them in our day-to-day life and also share this knowledge with others, to make
their lives successful.

I owe a lot to my mother (Sardarni
Swaran Kaur Ji) and father (Sardar Harjinder Singh Ji), who nurtured and
enabled me to acquire worldly and Gurmat knowledge. I am very much thankful to
all my family members, my wife (Sardarni Harvinder Kaur Ji), Son (Sardar
Prabhdeep Singh), Daughter (Sardarni Praneet Kaur), who offered their precious
time, which I was to use for my responsibility towards the family members. That
time was given to me to read, understand and research about Gurbani, due to
which I was able to write articles and books on Gurbani.
Akal Purkh himself is infinite and his
creation is also infinite.

It is very difficult for a common man
like me to understand that Great Akal Purkh. There might be many flaws in my
understanding, explaining and presenting the information related to Gurbani
written in Guru Granth Sahib. I beg my pardon from Guru Granth Sahib and Akal
Purkh.

I request all of you to study these
books and articles and send your suggestions on the basis of Gurbani written in
Guru Granth Sahib, so that necessary improvements can be incorporated. Some of
my Gurbani articles have also been published in the website of Sikh Marg. Older
articles may contain reference links to Bravehost or other websites which do
not exist now. You may please read them in this website.
Thanks, and best wishes for visiting
