We started this ministry among the Sudanese students who lived at Fairhaven.

  Then things changed radically because of the war and they lost all income. The Church appointed an Evangelist who was studying at the Cairo Theological Seminary. He used to visit with them and could speak most of their dialects.

  We asked the French-Swiss Protestant Church to open their Church for the Sudanese ,they responded positively. The worship services take place every Friday morning. The Church did a lot of renovation and added more classrooms.

  We ordained a Pastor for this community for the first time on February 2001.

  Our ministry includes medical care in the Saray Church Medical center. We cooperate with the Swiss, Catholic, and Community church for paying the expenses.

  Now they have classes for the drop out children, they use our school buses.

  We try to cover their daily expenses as much as we can.
