| New Challenges
Disclaimer: I don�t own these characters (except for the quirky nurses). Michaela and Sully decided to make a quick stop at their new house so they could get into clothes that were more appropriate for the woods than the ones they were wearing. They were in their new room changing. Sully took his shirt off and was working at getting his pants undone when he heard Michaela clear her throat. �Sully? Maybe I should get dressed in another room.� She knew she had been the one to ask that they leave the reception early, but now that they were alone all of her previous inhibitions hit full force. Sully looked at her and noticed that there was a worried expression on her face. He didn�t want to do anything that would threaten to ruin this night. �You stay here and get changed and I�ll go to another room.� He gave Michaela a kiss on the cheek, grabbed his clothes and left the room. Michaela changed out of her wedding gown into something more comfortable. She sat down on the bed and waited for Sully to return. She thought about what was going to happen tonight and her face grew hot. She knew they had come close before, but now they would finally become one. She looked at her watch and noticed that Sully had taken a long time. She walked out of the room and went to all of the other rooms looking for him, but didn�t have any luck finding him. Then she went downstairs and was shocked at what she saw. Sully had built a fire, and had also managed to light some candles. She looked around to see if he was there, but still no luck. �Where could he be?� she thought. Then she heard footsteps behind her. She turned around and saw Sully with a bowl of pudding in his hands. �Hope you don�t mind, but I was in getting a little hungry.� �Oooh pudding. That looks really good.� Michaela walked towards Sully and after dipping her finger in the bowl stuck it in her mouth. �Why did you build a fire and light candles? I thought we were going to spend our honeymoon in the woods.� �Well, it looks like there�s a big storm coming through and I don�t think we�ll make it there tonight.� Michaela was still dipping her finger into the pudding and then her mouth. When she pulled her finger back out Sully took it and licked it. Then he leaned in and kissed her. �Come on.� �Where are we going?� �You�ll see.� Sully put the pudding in the refrigerator and led Michaela outside so they could watch the sunset. Soon after the first star appeared. �Make a wish� Michaela whispered in Sully�s ear. �I don�t know what to wish for. I have everything I need right here.� �There must be something you�d like to have.� �Well there is something�� They both closed their eyes and made a silent wish. The wind soon started to pick up and they heard a loud crash of thunder. Michaela was startled and instinctively hugged Sully tighter. Sully chuckled and then led her back inside the house. He spread a blanket on the floor in front of the fireplace before he went to the kitchen, and came back with the pudding and two spoons. �Thought we could finish our snack Mrs. Sully.� �Mmm I like the sound of that Mr. Sully� �So do I.� Sully sat in front of her and began to feed her the pudding. She was a little nervous at first but then relaxed and began to feed him too. They ate the pudding in silence stealing kisses between each spoonful. Each kiss held more passion than the one before leaving both of them breathless. Sully broke the final kiss and stood up holding his hand out to her. �Shall we?� �Shall we what?� |
