We opened with a prayerful reflection on why not to worry about things ...

Then we were able to elect officers ...
        Joanna Koslowsky and Betsy Welshhans are our co-chairpersons ...
        Kate Graham is our secretary and web site computer person
        Shera Dawn Hunt is our treasurer and hospitality person

We talked a little about a Youth Rally ... aiming at early June maybe at Our Lady of Grace again ... to give us enough time to get members  and get moving

We talked about service and wanting to do more to make it a banner year for Saratoga Deanery

The most important thing we discussed was having people come to our meetings ... we have about 18 names of people that might be interested ... representing St. Peter's in Saratoga, St. Clement's, Our Lady of Grace, Corpus Christi, Immaculate Conception, and St. Mary's in Ballston Spa.

In order to make attendance better we thought we'd try to make a week night meeting ... I need an RSVP from you as soon as possible so we can make this work ... there are to dates we have in mind ... please e mail me or call my office to let me know which one in best for you ... Thursday, December 14th or Thursday, December 21st ...

The meeting would be from 6:30 to 8:30 ... a Christmas meeting complete with pizza and drinks (everyone bring a dollar for the pizza) ... everyone is asked to go to the dollar store and bring a wrapped $1 present to pass in a grab bag gift exchange ... the best gift you can find for $1 ... everyone is also asked to bring ideas for theme for our youth rally and ideas for service projects ...

We also talked about having a deanery overnight at pyramid lake in February sometime ... kind of a working ... relaxing ... retreat kind of thing ...
