| Fire Dragon |  |

| Primarily much more aggressive than any other Dragon, the Fire Dragon is still willing to help those in need. They have similar coloration to the Water Dragon, but are always black with an ashen-colored lower jaw. They also lack the horns on their head and neck and instead have plates with sharp ridges starting below the shoulder. Their homes are located primarily around volcanoes or lava pits. They live in family groups that are larger than the Water Dragon since the girls never leave the mother, only the boys. |

| Light Dragon |  |

| The Light Dragons are the Children of the Sun, as the Marcalans call them. In the dark of night, a Light Dragon can make their body emit a white glow to light their way or let others know where they are. They can be found throughout Marcala, except for on the Northern Isle. Unlike their Elemental bretheren, not much is known about the Light Dragon. |

| Dragon Tamers |  |

| Walking among the people of Marcala are a select few people who can in ways control the Dragons. They are not really human, but part Elf/Dragon beings with remarkable abilities. Little is known of these strange people because of the ability to change their form. To see one of these beings in their true form is so rare that the only reported sighting was two centuries before Bistofro came to power. |
