Goals

* Lose 6 pounds; lost 15 from highest weight
* Increase muscle tone in arms, legs and stomache
* Increase endurance through different aerobic activities, such as step aerobics, eliptical
   trainer, treadmill, rower
* Take up dancing
* Eat recommended 5 veggies and fruits everyday, or at least most days
* Increase fiber intake
* Break sugar habit (again)
* Enjoy outdoor activities while it's still warm
* Enjoy life to its fullest
