I run regular classes; whether you want to
start from scratch, or improve your skills, I can help.
You learn as you watch, and you do it yourself as well.
Each lesson includes all you need for a complete meal,
including Indian, Chinese, Thai, English and American food:
dinner party food, children’s food.
I will help you with what wines to serve, and give you
nutritional tips.
