Or what's the best tool to use to schedule a makeover and your kid's birthday party? |

This is by all means old fashioned, WW has been around for forever but I thought I knew diet and exercise until I started Weight Watchers online. I have never been a really big fan of the meetings. They are, umm, interesting. I had gone in the past, and really found them to be a little, umm, amusing. So this time around I gave up the Diet and Exercise Assistant on my PDA and started WW Online in February. $14.95 per month, $39.95 for 3 months it is so worth it. The most difficult part for me historically has been journaling my food. No problem now. I can log on at the office, this is a corporate sponsered program and at home. I can also check out all the message boards. Holy Moly, everything from politics to hormones to what are we making for dinner, there is great, great support. I think that the message boards really turned the corner for me. I got really involved in the lives of some other men and women online and they have been really awesome in support of my program too. And I have become a much more educated woman in the process.
I want to post my before and after pictures here. I had to renew my drivers license this birthday. I was filling out the form by essentially copying what I had before, but I got to the weight and stopped dead. I knew that I had, ummm, fudged my weight 4 years ago but I couldn't believe the difference even with the fudge factor!!! I can honestly say that I have come clean and put my real weight on my license and when the new card arrived the differnce in my face and neck was noticeable. I'm going to scan both licenses and you can see too. |
